I am trained in a variety of evidenced based therapies that have shown to help people make lasting changes in their lives. These therapies include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing); DBT (Dialectial Behavior Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy).
